CEIFA Board of Directors 2021

DAVID RUNYAN– Founder and Ministry director for CEIFA for 30 years. David and Amy live in Godfrey, IL and have fostered 20 children (adopting 8) and is pastoring at Lebanon Fresh Start Church.

BROCK KECKRITZ– serves as Treasurer & Mission Discipler who has ministered all over Nepal. Brock lives in Waterloo, IL and is an elder at Hope Christian Church in Columbia.  Brock is married to Kim Keckritz. 

ALAN FELIX– has supported CEIFA Ministry in many capacities since it’s inception. Today he is the longest serving member of the BOD. Alan resides in Waterloo, IL with his wife Patricia Felix.

MARIE WEATHERALL- joined the BOD as Secretary after volunteering as a mission team member to the Promise Children’s Home.  Marie resides in Red Bud, IL and is married to Joe Weatherall.

RALPH AXE- is a three time Purple Heart decorated military veteran of the Vietnam War who has touched many lives with his passion to share Jesus. Ralph is married to Jo Ann Axe.

RON ROBINSON- is retired from Allstate Insurance Co., is an elder emeritus at Lifebrook Church of God in Bethalto, IL. Ron is married to Linda Robinson and together they have served in Haiti and Nepal.

BETHANY (Runyan) GULLY– Has agreed to serve on CEIFA’s Board of Directors and as administrative assistant while on furlough from mission service in China.
